The Story of FOYDER

For many years, professionals operating in the field of restructuring in Turkey — lawyers, financial advisors, independent auditors, bankers, and management consultants — worked in isolation from each other. There was no common platform, shared terminology, or inter-sectoral coordination mechanism.

The main motivation behind the establishment of FOYDER was to fill this gap. The Financial and Operational Restructuring Professionals Association was designed as a structure that gathers professionals from different disciplines under a single roof, aiming for knowledge sharing, standard development, and international integration.

The partnership established with TMA Global forms the international dimension of this goal. Integrating with the world's leading association of turnaround and restructuring professionals prepares the ground for Turkish practices to meet global standards and for Turkish professionals to join the international network. FOYDER set out with this mission and continues to grow.
